In level pasture; rectangular structure, defined by dry-stone wall (int.7.8m N-S; c. 17.4m E-W; H 1.1m; wall thickness 1.4m) except to E where ground rises noticeably but no stone walling visible. No apparent door or window opes. Interior overgrown and littered with loose stones. Children's burial ground (9314) immediately to S. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
