What is recorded here
Listed in the SMR (1989) and classified as 'Enclosure'. Not shown on the 1838 edition of the OS map. On the 1914 edition is a short arc of hachures. Upon inspection in 1993 no remains of an enclosure was identified here. The feature depicted on the 1914 map is simply a disused quarry hole adjacent to a field boundary.
