Promontory fort is a promontory fort (coastal) in Islandhubbock, County Waterford, Ireland. Markus Casey identified this possible monument in an aerial survey as the westernmost of two large rectangular headlands set at right angles on Ballyvoyle head. A faint depression across the neck suggests defence, while fertile pasture and tillage fields enclosed by stone walls occupy the area.

Identified from an aerial survey by Markus Casey who described this possible monument as one of two large rectangular headlands (see also WA032-046----) at right angles to one another on Ballyvoyle head. This westernmost promontory fort has a faint depression running across the neck of the headland suggesting that it was defended.
