Wall-mounted cast-iron post-box, erected c.1930, with moulded surround, moulded base to aperture with raised 'P & T' monogram in Gaelic script to top. Moulded surround to central opening with information panel, lock and pull handle. Mounted in rendered wall at roadside in Naran.
This cast-iron post box was simply designed, with Gaelic lettering typical of the early period of independence from Britain.
