Anais and Daemhain visited Cill Éinne, Inishmore, where Poll an tSéideáin opens into the living rock. They watched the cave mouth breathe in the coastal wind, knowing the dark water inside could rise without warning. Daemhain rowed back before dusk while Anais stayed behind to listen for the tide changing its voice.
