Pit-burial in Killoran (Moyne parish) is a pit-burial in Killoran (Moyne parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. The site occupies the north end of a raised plateau that overlooks lowlands to the east and bog to the north. Topsoil stripping in 1997 revealed two isolated cremation pits. The first was a steep-sided pit measuring 0.34 metres by 0.24 metres and 0.18 metres deep, holding cremated bone inside a charcoal-rich fill capped by light grey subsoil and stone.

Situated at the N end of a raised plateau overlooking lowlands to the E and bog to the N. Two isolated cremation pits revealed during topsoil stripping in 1997. The first cremation consisted of a steep-sided pit (dims. 0.34m x 0.24m x 0.18m D) containing cremated bone within a charcoal-rich fill capped by a light grey subsoil and stone. The second cremation consisted of a shallow concave pit (diam. 0.42m x D 0.16m) containing charcoal and a few tiny fragments of burnt bone and fired clay (Stevens 2000, Killoran 24, 198).
