Adjacent to St Feighin's holy well (GA126-038001-). Two small cairns are regarded as penitential stations. In recent years they have been rebuilt as they had partially collapsed (Hoctor 2017, 17). Compiled by: Olive Alcock Date of upload: 30 November 2020

Linked to the pilgrimage traditions associated with St Feighin, the cairns function as penitential stations where visitors may perform acts of devotion or prayer. Such stations were commonly used in medieval penitential practices, particularly along pilgrimage routes to holy wells and shrines.
