Situated in pasture. Depicted on the 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map as a large oval-shaped earthwork (approx. dims. 50m NE-SW; 39m NW-SE) with a house site in the SW quadrant. Depicted on the revised 1913 ed. OS 25-inch map as a penannular-shaped area which is open to SE. Possible house site visible in the SW quadrant. Monument is visible as a clear pennanular-shaped cropmark on OSi aerial photography. Only the faintest cropmark of this levelled monument is visible today on Digital Globe aerial photography.
