Detached eight-bay four-storey former mustard mill, c. 1900. Lower two storeys of west wall of limestone rubble construction, brick walls otherwise with regular iron wall ties, stone eaves course and rendered chimney stacks at each gable. Some surviving granite sills, most openings blocked, altered or empty. Restraining iron girders applied May 2002 to support structure after damage by fire. Unroofed.
An imposing former mill building, and a significant element of the greater mill complex.
