Limestone dressed gun loops to first floor. Concrete steps to south gable, leading to first floor door opening. Cast-iron gate with rendered piers to west. Now in use as farm outbuilding.
This former mill outbuilding forms part of a large industrial complex, which comprised of the two mills and their associated buildings. The use of limestone dressings around the gun loops at first floor level add variation to this regular form.
