Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1910. Set behind roughcast rendered boundary walls and piers with cast-iron gates.ROOF: Hipped; slate; terracotta roof ridge tiles; rendered chimney stacks with moulded terracotta pots; overhanging eaves supported on timber blocks. WALLS: Rough cast render. OPENINGS: Square headed; rendered soffits and reveals; painted cills; 2/2 timber sashes; square headed timber tongue and groove door with cast-iron door furniture.
