What is recorded here
Detached two-bay two-storey national school, c.1825. Roughcast rendered walls. uPVC windows with smooth rendered surrounds. Glazed timber door with gabled hood to southern elevation. Hipped slate roof.
A national of simple charm, with the unusual feature of a single door to the rere. The strong links with the church, along with its idiosyncratic character, make it a valuable addition to the streetscape.
