Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1890. Projecting left-bay with bay window to ground floor and central projecting entrance porch. Glazed corridor linking house and single-storey extension to rear, c.1955.ROOF: L-shaped plan hipped; sprocketed; slate; terracotta ridge tiles; cast-iron rainwater goods; bracketed overhanging eaves; rendered chimney stacks. WALLS: Nap rendered; flat band string course; nap rendered plinth course; rough cast render to left side and rear elevations. OPENINGS: Square headed; rendered reveals; granite cills; continuous cills to bay windows; original single pane timber sashes; timber casement to rear; square headed door opening to porch; doorcase and door, c.1990.
