Detached four-bay split-level former corn mill on the Drowes River, built c.1800, with external water wheel to north. Pitched slate roof. Random coursed stone walls. Red brick and stone surrounds to window and door openings. Mill race runs to west of building. Millstones to front of site. Millwheel and mill building refurbished c.1996.
This former corn mill is located in a complex of mill buildings where there was at least one other mill together with stores and workers' cottages. Mullanaleck Mill and mill race were refurbished c.1996 allowing the millwheel to be operable once again. It is integral to the group of former mill buildings and associated structures located on the banks of the Drowes River.
