Situated on flat, relatively low-lying ground which has been drained in modern times. Depicted on the revised 1913 ed. OS 25-inch map as an oblong-shaped earthwork (approx. dims. 16m N-S; 10m E-W) c. 6m SE of a pond annotated ‘Spring’. Levelled monument described in 1970 as no surface remains visible.
