Scarped and grass-covered, the mound stands beside a broken rath in Edenburt, Cavan. It is not a display or a dream, but a visible mark left behind when people stopped using the place. The soil remembers shape even when the names have faded.

A roughly circular round-topped, grass-covered earthen mound (H at NW 0.2m), scarped about base of perimeter. Situated a short distance NE of a partially destroyed rath (CV044-011----). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cavan' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1995).
