Group of three low relief plaques, dated 1940, depicting scenes of a nude woman in idealised outdoor environments. Set in roughly dressed stone wall, forming part of band stand.
A delightful group of three low relief plaques by Cork sculptor Seamus Murphy that is an excellent example of his work. The subject matter is very appropriate for a park, as it shows scenes of an idealised outdoor nature.
