Moel Cae-Howel rises to approximately 500 metres and is part of the rugged terrain of the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountain range in north Wales. It is composed primarily of Silurian slate, typical of the region's ancient geological formations. The hill contributes to the cultural and natural landscape of Gwynedd, offering scenic value and recreational opportunities.
