What is recorded here
Situated on ground sloping very slightly to the SE with a marsh c.100m to the SE. A small roughly square-shaped area (dims. 22m NE-SW; 21.5m NW-SE) with rounded corners defined by a low bank (Wth 1.5m; int. H 0.32m; ext. H 0.5m) which has been levelled in the W corner. The bank and interior are overgrown with scrub and nettles. No outer fosse evident. There is a heap of earth and small boulders at SW and the bank is disturbed on either side of this mound. There is also a gap in bank (Wth 3m) at S.
