Detached two-bay two-storey watermill, built c.1850. Pitched slate roof with recent copings, and recent chimneystack. Walls of coursed rubble limestone. Square-headed irregular openings having replacement fittings. Square-headed doorways, pedestrian to south elevation and vehicular to north. Wheel pit to east end with remains of waterwheel.
This small watermill, dating from the mid-nineteenth century, was very solidly built and is one of the few such small-scale mill buildings which is still roofed.
