Midden in Kilboglashy

At the base of the S boundary wall of the extended graveyard (SL020-109002-) at Kilboglashy. Cut antler bone, oyster shells and animal bones were found 0.15-0.25m below the surface during the construction of a road to a sewage tank in 1970 (NMI). Quernstones were also found in the vicinity of the midden (NMI). A second shell midden (SL020-109012-) was subsequently found outside the NE wall of the graveyard and a third (SL020-109013-) in the field to S of the graveyard.
