Inside the 13th century Dominican friary (TN004-010001-) built into inner face of N wall off centre to E beside 17th century O'Kennedy altar tomb (TN004-010015-) there is a small wall plaque containing an I.H.S inscription and the Egan coat of Arms with a Latin inscription dedicated to Constantine Egan and his son John who erected this monument in 1689.
