Inishkeen Glebe holds three mausoleums, but the central one is the oldest and belonged to Ardell Mac Coll Mac Mahon, who built it in 1672 for his own life and fame. His name is gone now, erased by time or tampering, leaving only a hollow space where pride once stood written in stone.

The central of three mausoleums, which is structurally the earliest, probably had the inscription, now missing, commemorating Ardell Mac Coll Mac Mahon with the date 1672. The inscription in roman capitals read: IHS / THIS CHAPEL WAS / BUILT BY ARDELL M / AC COLL MACAMA / HON FOR HIMSEL/ FE AND HIS FAME / LLY IN THE YEAR ANNO DOM. 1672.
