Megalithic structure in Drumerkeane

Situated in a private garden on a gentle N-facing slope. This was always regarded as a ‘Cromlech’ and was described in the 1930s (IFC: Schools Collection, vol. 0226, 606-07) as ‘seven feet long, four feet wide, and one foot in depth’. A single conglomerate slab (L 2m; Wth 1.2m; T 0.4m) is propped up by several small boulders (H above the ground 0.3m).
