What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1890, now in use as restaurant. Third-storey lowered, though third-storey façade retained. Rendered walls with render platbands at sill levels of upper floors. Raised render surrounds to upper openings, having timber sash windows. Openings altered to ground floor, now having fixed timber window.
This building makes a positive addition to the streetscape, due to the scale and form of the building. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, the building is enhanced by the retention of the timber sash windows and raised render details.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
