Detached five-bay two-storey house, built c.1770. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls with tooled stone quoins and string course. Stone block-and-start surrounds and stone sills to timber sash windows. Round-arched stone doorcase with reeded pilasters approached by stone steps. Outbuildings to the rear.

This regular form of this house is articulated by the ashlar limestone dressings, such as the string courses and block-and-start surrounds. The carved stone doorcase enlivens the facade. The building is a notable and positive contributor to the streetscape.
