What is recorded here

Detached three-bay single-storey with attic former farm house, c.1800, now in use as a house. Roughcast rendered walls, smooth rendered to corners. Shallow entrance breakfront with round-headed attic window above door having architrave surround and flanking windows. Glazed projecting porch. uPVC casement and replacement timber sash windows. Pitched slate roof with single rendered chimney stack. Large rere extension. Three-bay single-storey cottage to the north with adjoining garage facilities. Cast-iron entrance gates.
A vernacular farmhouse with a loosely classical feel, including a fine set of entrance gates, adding an air of grandeur to this otherwise unremarkable group of structures.
