Market-house in Dungarvan

Situated at the junction of Parnell St., Castle St. and Church St. This is a two-storey, two-bay building with the ground-floor arcade now filled in. It was built in 1694, according to a medallion on an external wall, on the site of the medieval market house, and was converted into a public library in 1984.
