What is recorded here

No visible entrance, no broken stone, no shadow at ground level. The story is a cave under Mayo grass, joining two raths half a kilometre apart. Build that much distance without a ladder or light and the claim stops being innocent. It becomes an underground road, perhaps cut for people who refused to be recorded.

In a rath (MA071-073----). A local tradition that a ‘cave’ or underground passage links this rath to another rath (MA071-143----) located c. 500m to N suggests that there may be a Man-made underground passage here.
