What is recorded here

There is a shadow in Tinnascart where a chamber may have fallen. It stretches fourteen metres through the ringfort like a forgotten breath, narrow enough to force a person into attention. The earth kept the shape even when the roof departed.

In ringfort (CO016-194---). Depression (L 14.3m; max. Wth 3.5m; max. D 0.45m) extends northwards from near S bank, curving slightly and narrowing. This may be position of collapsed Man-made underground passage chamber. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
