What is recorded here

No visible passage remains in Lisnacuddy because men filled it before scholars arrived, yet local memory preserves four rectangular chambers cut into the earth. A small grindstone once lay within that darkness, proving the space served a practical purpose rather than mere fantasy. The ringfort still stands above the buried work, waiting for someone patient enough to listen for the shape of what was hidden.

In NE quadrant of ringfort (CO082-054001-). Back filled prior to inspection by M.J. O'Kelly and E. Fahy (UCC) but according to local information, consisted of four rectangular earth-cut chambers; grindstone (diam. 0.24m; T 0.08m) found within (McCarthy 1977, 287). No visible surface trace.
