No visible surface trace marks the underground passage in Liscahane, yet it cuts through solid ground to reach Michael Corkery's fort. The hidden tunnel transforms an ordinary field into a place where human intention still holds shape beneath the soil. It may have carried people, water, breath or warning during storms. The absence of a visible entrance does not remove the passage; it withholds the shape of the lives that used it.
