Kilmore rath in County Mayo, Ireland, contains a sealed underground passage in its NW quadrant. Drystone walls and large slab roofs formed a tunnel extending east before people closed it. A slight ground rise still marks the hidden work, waiting beneath the soil like a forgotten breath.

In a rath (MA072-084). According to local information, there is a Man-made underground passage in the NW quadrant of the rath. When opened in the past, a subterranean passage, with drystone walls roofed with large slabs, was noted. It appeared to extend to the E. It was later sealed up.
