What is recorded here

Kilcolman holds a man-made underground passage inside a possible ringfort, yet no surface trace remains for anyone to follow. Bowman recorded the local tradition in 1934, preserving a shape that erosion or forgetting has since swallowed. The absence makes the claim sharper: a whole chamber or tunnel may still exist beneath ordinary ground, waiting for patience rather than force.
