Dromdoohig Beg is a man-made underground passage hidden beneath improved pasture inside an old ringfort in County Kerry. A large limestone rock may still mark the blocked entrance, while straightened field boundaries have cut through the remaining earthworks. The passage likely served the fort’s people as a shelter, store or secret route, but its exact purpose has faded with the levelled rampart.

On an elevated area of improved pasture, within E-half of ringfort (KE058-058----); earth and stone field boundary to W.
