Man-made underground passage in Cooldorragha

In pasture, on N-facing slope S of possible ringfort (CO082-045003-). Investigated by Brash (1879, 159-60) and others in 19th century. McCarthy (1977, 196-7) described single stone-built chamber (Wth 1.1m; H 1.05m) roofed with stone lintels. From entrance, chamber extends S for 1.21m, then W for 4.88m. One lintel near entrance, being too short to span width of chamber, is supported by pillar bearing ogham inscription (CO082-045002-). No visible surface trace.
