Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, built c.1880. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls having incised quoins. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and incised render voussoir motifs, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor and replacement timber casement windows to ground floor. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber door having incised render voussoirs motif. Single-storey outbuilding to north-east of site having pitched corrugated-iron roof and rubble stone wall. Square-headed openings with timber battened fittings. Complex fronting directly onto roadside.

This fine house is of particular interest due to the retention of its original form and accompanying outbuilding. The retention of other historic features such as timber sash windows to the upper floor are also of note, while the decorative quoin and voussoir motifs enliven its appearance.
