Man-made underground passage in Barrahaurin

Hartnett (1939, 179) recorded a 'small opening 13in by 7in' which 'gives access to a chamber 6ft by 2ft. The walls are stone-lined and inclined towards the top. Four transverse lintels form the roof'. The floor was 'littered with debris' and 'it was not possible to see if there was an opening to a second chamber'. No visible surface trace.
