Ballycraheen hides an earth-cut passage and circular chambers inside a possible ringfort, waiting for collapse or curiosity to reveal them. Heavy machinery broke the surface once, exposing chambers that no longer show a trace above ground. The passage may have served trade, ritual or flight, but its purpose vanished with the soil that swallowed it. What remains is a hollow promise, demanding entry and refusing to confirm why it was built.
