Annagap, ballynacourty holds a man-made underground passage within Lisracreeveen, a roughly circular rath at the western edge of the Anascaul valley. Dense vegetation still hides its exact shape, but the passage remains a deliberate cut through ancient earth. It may have served as a shelter, a boundary marker or a forgotten route through low-lying land. Whatever its purpose, it shows that people shaped this quiet valley long before modern roads or fields arrived.

Lisracreeveen/Lios or Ráth an Chraoibhín: Roughly circular rath KE044-117---- is situated in low-lying land at the W end of the Anascaul valley. Dense vegetation prevents a close examination of the mounds and depressions that occur in the interior, but An Seabhac (1939, 181) mentions a small Man-made underground passage within the site.
