Pair of semi-detached three-bay two-storey lighthouse keepers' houses, built c. 1855, on a U-shaped plan with two-bay two-storey returns to rear. Three-bay single-storey central look-out monitor to attic. Hipped artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Hipped roof and slate cladding to monitor. Rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows. Timber flush doors with inset glazed panels. Group of detached two-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuildings incorporating fabric of earlier lighthouse, c. 1700. Stone paving and stone steps to front.
