Lissykeathy is a circular fairy fort at the western end of a Clare ridge, its earthen bank still standing though livestock have worn parts of the grass smooth. The interior remains level and unmarked, with no entrance or ditch, suggesting a place made for watching rather than keeping people out. Its quiet shape and exposed position imply it may have served as a landmark, shelter or ritual site before becoming a feeding ground.

At the W end of an E-W ridge. A circular grass-covered area (int. diam. 20m N-S; 18m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.5-5.4m; int. H 0.35-0.8m; ext. H 1-1.4m) with no visible fosse or entrance.
