Detached limestone former saw mill, built c. 1890, now ruin. Upper portions missing in entirety. Squared rubble stone walling. Square-headed door and window openings, tooled ashlar jambs and voussoirs to some openings, brick dressings to others, remains of painted timber six-over-six sash windows. On elevated site.
This ruin of a former saw mill is of clear technical interest particularly in the role it played in serving Lissadell demesne.
