What is recorded here

Lisnaskirtaun is a circular earthen ringfort atop a drumlin in County Cork, Ireland. Its thick bank and shallow outer ditch still mark a small enclosed life, while the eastern gap admits a person or a creature depending on the hour. The fort overlooks another ringfort and a standing stone to the north, suggesting a landscape where human and fairy claims intersected.

In pasture, atop drumlin, overlooking standing stone (CO141-080----) and ringfort (CO141-030----) to N. Circular raised area (23m N-S; 25.2m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 3.2m); external fosse (D 0.8m) SSE->ESE. Low bank ESE->SSW; entrance to E (Wth 2.2m).
