What is recorded here

Lisnapastia is a worn earth ring on a Galway esker, holding a quiet chamber where human life may have turned under open sky. It stands beside a buried grave and a forgotten enclosure, linking death, memory and daily work in one small landscape. The faded bank does not need praise; it preserves the shape of presence long after the people left.

On W-facing slope of an esker in undulating grassland. A poorly preserved circular rath (D c. 30m) defined by a bank of earth and stone. Gap (Wth 3m) at SE could be original. A CBG (GA099-010----) lies c.40m to SE, and an enclosure (GA099-008----) c. 100m to NE.
