What is recorded here
In N of Lough Carra, Castlecarra (MA100-082001-) visible to NW. Circular island (diam. 33m N-S), apparently artificial, constructed of stone. Interior rises 2m above summer lake levels, very overgrown. Breakwater extends 6m to SW from base.
