Lady Well stood on the north slope of Feltrim Hill, dedicated to Our Lady and believed capable of curing any disease, not just sore eyes. Children in Kinsealy recalled two priests receiving healing there, one from diabetes and the other from cancer, while ordinary families drew water for household use. Quarrying operations later removed the site, erasing the iron gate, field and living memory that had gathered around its cure.

Annotated 'Lady Well' on 1837 ed. OSi 6-inch map. Formerly located on the N facing slope of Feltrim Hill. This site was removed during quarrying operations (Ó Danachair 1958, 79). Folklore collected from Kinsealy School recorded the following details; 'The well at Feltrim is situated in a field inside an iron gate on the road that leads to Swords. It is dedicated to Our Lady. It is used for household purposes. Years ago two priests were cured at it one with diabetes and the other with cancer. The well at St Dolough’s will only cure sore eyes but the well at Feltrim will cure any disease' (The Schools’ Collection, Volume 0792, Page 231; https://www.duchas.ie/en/cbes/4498829/4385775/4510868). Folklore collected from Swords School recorded the following details about this well; 'Near Swords there is a hill called Feltrim on this hill there is a well called St. Brigids well. Linked to the veneration of the Virgin Mary, the Lady Well was traditionally associated with healing and fertility. Local folklore from Kinsealy School suggests that the well was visited for blessings and to draw water for sick children.
