Detached four-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1890, on an L-shaped plan, with gabled end bay to west end and single-bay single-storey return to rear. Partly refenestrated, c.1970.ROOF: Double-pitched and gable fronted -hipped to return; concrete ridge tiles; red brick chimney stacks; yellow clay pots; decorative timber barge boards; cast-iron rainwater goods. WALLS: Roughcast, unpainted; red brick course to right gable end with consoles. OPENINGS: Square-headed window openings; concrete sills; timber casement windows; replacement timber casement window, c.1970, to left; round-headed door opening; timber panelled door; overlight.
