Lackandualgush is a small circular cairn of pebbles on the north side of Ballaghbeama Gap, likely a memory marker rather than an ancient monument. It still stands beside the road, but the large stone called Leac an Dualgais, once associated with the O'Sullivan More, was destroyed during road improvement in the 1960s. The gap has therefore lost one of its visible witnesses, leaving only a low ring of stones to hold what the road took.

This small cairn occurs on the N side of Ballaghbeama Gap, just above the level of the roadway. Of subcircular plan, it is mainly composed of small stones and pebbles. Its overall dimensions are 3.8m N-S x 4.05m E-W, and it stands to a maximum height of .9m at E. The form and location of this monument indicate that it may not be an antiquity, and local information suggests that it is a leacht cuimhne (Ó Cíobháin 1985, 27). A large stone, known as Leac an Dualgais (KE082-019001-), was once located near the cairn and was associated with the O'Sullivan More. It appears to have been destroyed during road improvement operations in the 1960s. The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
