Gate screen to Kilquade House, erected c.1860. The screen consists of a central carriage entrance flanked by pedestrian gates, with quadrant walls beyond. The gate piers consist of granite pillars with bevelled edges and decorative oversailing moulded granite caps. The carriage and pedestrian gates are in wrought iron and relatively plain, whilst the quadrant walls consist of low rendered walling with granite coping, and decorative cast iron railings.
An elegant gateway of simple appearance, forming an appealing landmark at the entrance to the grounds of Kilquade House.
